Day 3: Taiwan

The next place I went during my trip was YehLiu Geopark. The rocks have different types of shapes due to the waves continuously hit on the rocks hence they all have different type of shapes. Each rocks has their own pattern. This place is really a nice place. I went during winter, so it is freaking cold when you visit a place right beside the sea. Well, there are a lot of places you can take really nice photos. If you enjoy the natural phenomenon, you should really go to this place. Yah, you should walk until the end of this place which give you a nice panorama view. 

For the sake of taking a different outfit.

People use this for the direction during past time.

Next, JiuFen is a place located up above the hill. It takes a little while to reach there from town. Inside, you can find a lot of Taiwainese snacks which taste really good. Even the hawker right beside the roadside also taste a lot nicer. Haha! You should explore the Jiu Fen. Do some food shopping in there and enjoy the hill’s view. You can see the sea view from there. It’s really a nice and ancient place to visit. This place is really crowded. 'People Mountain People Sea' ... haha!

This is a must try. Taste really goooooodddddddd...... yumm yummm

 

This place is popular in Jiu Fen. You should try their foods. It's a restaurant. Last time we went already close. Probably next time will visit again.

This is the Gold Museum if not mistaken. They have this huge 999K gold there. They say If you able to lift this, is all yours and the government will pay you the amount shown. Hulk or Thor probably haha!

The next destination is ShiFen. This place is known from a movie named ‘You are the Apple of my eye’. It is a popular movie which I quite like to watch. I watched it twice and more I think. The places in the movie are so beautiful and we managed to visit some of the places. Haha! Truthfully, it is a nice place. From the movie scene, there’s a scene that they put this lantern. Yeap. The place named ShiFen. We went there at night to put the lantern and write your wishes on the paper. Based on the people there, they said different type of color indicate different meaning you wish for. They have a list and you can choose the color you want to wish for. There are a lot of families and teenagers there wishing their wish. Hope it comes true. Haha!

The train still working until now. It is the oldest train there which still running from one place to another place. Sometimes you need to move away from the track because the train passes by. After that, you can re-enter to the track to put your lantern. Haha!! We seldom stand on the railway track right. Here you go. 

Last but not least, Taipei tourist spot, TaiPei 101 Tower. We went there to shop and have our dinner there. Well, it is a nice place. Much more beautiful than KLCC for me. We also snap a photo there in the mall and it shown on the huge screen. Haha! Interesting. We left our footprint there as a mark of VISITED. Haha!! Nice building. We found a spot out there to take the whole building. 

Oh, not to forget, we went here for our breakfast. It located at XiMenDing which nearby our hotel. They serve delicious breakfast you ever taste before. I love their rice bun. yummm... Their handmade soya also taste really good. You can ask for No Sugar in your drinks. People queue long queue to take away their breakfast and go for work.

Food Hunt

Recently, I’ve been eating a lot. It’s just like a food season for me to eat. I love to take a picture before i eat my food as in like a memory for myself for later use or when I am hungry I can scroll my photo album to view it. Well, I will post in my instagram. Instagram is my second place to memory aside from my photo album. I will always copy out all my photos from my phone but instagram I will never remove them. Aside for me to view it, my family can view it to check out my recent posts. Well, that’s my family. Haha! Here are some of the foods I collected recently. Well, time to work out again.

Summer Break

It comes to the end of the first year. It’s been up and down throughout the whole course and now I’m officially done with my first year. Well, it is a really hard time doing this course. It wasn’t easy. Well, at least I tried my best. Now, I’m having my summer break for 3 months and I have no plan at all. I don’t know whether to find a part time job or whatsoever yet. I just wanna enjoy the moment I have right now which is rest and have a good sleep. Well, 3 months not so long and not so short. May be I need to plan for these 3 months.

Besides, I’m here to wish all my seniors have a great journey to UK to further their 3^rd and 4^th years there. All the best and see you all when I see you all over there. Good luck and all the best.

Our final exam result is coming very soon. I don’t know whether I did well or did badly. I just did my best in the exam and I hope I can pass for the first year. Well, they say first year isn’t that important but first year is all about foundation. The continuous year is depends on how strong your base are. I really scare. I just wanna do well in my course and make my parents proud as they pay so much in the tuition fees. I just don’t wanna let them down. Well, see how it goes when the result is out. I wish I can pass. I don’t aim high but pass.

Exam is Coming Soon

It's been like how many months I had studied here.

Time passes so fast.

It seems like yesterday I was just enrolled to this university and tomorrow is my final.

OMG. I have no idea how much time I spend here since the start.

Well, first year is actually the fundamental yet the hardest part because you start from zero. Actually is like what you learnt before, you carry on to even deeper stage. I admit that life is hard when you get further in your study. I do somehow wonder how my friends can do so well in their studies, Probably they spend more time than I do in their studies. I do really wish I can be part of their brain and as hardworking as them. How good to have a smart brain huh.

When it comes to exam, my inner struggle always come. I always did bad in exam. I think I am a person who can score well in assignment but not examination. Examination is kind of like a phobia because you will be graded. But without it, you can't know where you stand. I don;t like being compared but you stay in this society you have to compete with the others for god sake. It comes obvious when the lecture has more hope with your friends in class than you. I don't know, i just feel sad somehow not being the good one in class. Good in term of academic stuff. Ahh... Complicated life.

I have more to study and revision. I have roughly one month to prepare before sitting inside the god damn exam chair in the room to vomit out all my knowledge. At the same time, I worry I can't do well. I do get affected by the surrounding sometimes. But, for this exam period time, study is main thing for me. Okay. Bye.

Study Week

Happy Saturday people.

I’m getting excited because I’m going back home. Yay! I went back home since a month and half ago.  It was during Chinese New Year break. So this time, we have a week of study week, so I’m going back home definitely. So far as you know, this is my third time going back home. I can’t stop my excitement. Haha! I can eat my hometown’s food and also mom’s cooks. I really miss home food. Since I came here, I always eat outside foods with friends and I do miss my mom’s cooking meals. I’m gonna eat a lot back home. Haha! This time my friends are all in town so I’m going to meet them all. Such a long time I didn’t see them already, so I’m kind of like missing them. Missing their craziness and so on.

Besides, I don’t wish the time passes so fast because I want to spend more time with my family and at home. Another thing is that final is coming soon. This indicate that my first year is going to end soon. The results are important to me, I wish I can do well. What I hope for is that I can concentrate on my studies because I tend to get bored of certain things quite easily. Just hope that I can get a good result. Well, revisions should start from now on. I hope I have enough time as there are a lot of subjects are on final exam.
