Cheese Tortilla

I feel like helping my mum to make this snack. I totally love it. You can make it a snacks for party or any small event for some bites. Here you go.

• Prepare a pack of tortilla. You can choose any brand you like as long as you like the flavor.
• Prepare some tuna mix with onions.
• Prepare some Mozzarella cheese as a toping.
• Prepare some baking plate.

Let’s get started.

1. Fill your tortilla on the baking plate. You can put as much as you can but for advice, put just right amount of tortilla will be perfect.

2. Add tuna on top of tortilla. Put just right amount of tuna will be perfect as you can taste the crispiness and the tuna just nicely.

3. Add Mozzarella cheese on top of the tuna. I prefer covered all over the tuna and extra cheese because I love cheese. It is totally up to you whether you out many or less. Right amount of cheese will be perfect.

4. Place the baking plates with cheese tortilla into the oven to bake. Baking the tortilla with cheese just to melt down the cheese. When the cheese melt, you can straight away take out from the oven and let it cool down a little while.

5. Now, you can serve with a cup of tea or juices.

Day 3: Taiwan

The next place I went during my trip was YehLiu Geopark. The rocks have different types of shapes due to the waves continuously hit on the rocks hence they all have different type of shapes. Each rocks has their own pattern. This place is really a nice place. I went during winter, so it is freaking cold when you visit a place right beside the sea. Well, there are a lot of places you can take really nice photos. If you enjoy the natural phenomenon, you should really go to this place. Yah, you should walk until the end of this place which give you a nice panorama view. 

For the sake of taking a different outfit.

People use this for the direction during past time.

Next, JiuFen is a place located up above the hill. It takes a little while to reach there from town. Inside, you can find a lot of Taiwainese snacks which taste really good. Even the hawker right beside the roadside also taste a lot nicer. Haha! You should explore the Jiu Fen. Do some food shopping in there and enjoy the hill’s view. You can see the sea view from there. It’s really a nice and ancient place to visit. This place is really crowded. 'People Mountain People Sea' ... haha!

This is a must try. Taste really goooooodddddddd...... yumm yummm

 

This place is popular in Jiu Fen. You should try their foods. It's a restaurant. Last time we went already close. Probably next time will visit again.

This is the Gold Museum if not mistaken. They have this huge 999K gold there. They say If you able to lift this, is all yours and the government will pay you the amount shown. Hulk or Thor probably haha!

The next destination is ShiFen. This place is known from a movie named ‘You are the Apple of my eye’. It is a popular movie which I quite like to watch. I watched it twice and more I think. The places in the movie are so beautiful and we managed to visit some of the places. Haha! Truthfully, it is a nice place. From the movie scene, there’s a scene that they put this lantern. Yeap. The place named ShiFen. We went there at night to put the lantern and write your wishes on the paper. Based on the people there, they said different type of color indicate different meaning you wish for. They have a list and you can choose the color you want to wish for. There are a lot of families and teenagers there wishing their wish. Hope it comes true. Haha!

The train still working until now. It is the oldest train there which still running from one place to another place. Sometimes you need to move away from the track because the train passes by. After that, you can re-enter to the track to put your lantern. Haha!! We seldom stand on the railway track right. Here you go. 

Last but not least, Taipei tourist spot, TaiPei 101 Tower. We went there to shop and have our dinner there. Well, it is a nice place. Much more beautiful than KLCC for me. We also snap a photo there in the mall and it shown on the huge screen. Haha! Interesting. We left our footprint there as a mark of VISITED. Haha!! Nice building. We found a spot out there to take the whole building. 

Oh, not to forget, we went here for our breakfast. It located at XiMenDing which nearby our hotel. They serve delicious breakfast you ever taste before. I love their rice bun. yummm... Their handmade soya also taste really good. You can ask for No Sugar in your drinks. People queue long queue to take away their breakfast and go for work.
